Directions

  1. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, and next 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk.
  3. Combine egg and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
  4. Add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
