Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
- 0.1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg white lightly beaten
- 0.8 cup flour all-purpose
- 0.5 teaspoon orange juice unsweetened
- 3 tablespoons orange juice unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar sifted
- 1 Dash salt
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 0.3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
- Combine 3 tablespoons orange juice and next 3 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Spoon batter into a 6- x 3- x 2-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and place on a wire rack.
- Combine powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon orange juice, stirring well.
- Drizzle glaze over warm bread.
