  • teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • ounce pineapple crushed drained canned
  • cup coconut or flaked
  • cups confectioners' sugar 
  • ounce cream cheese 
  •  eggs 
  • 16 ounce graham cracker crumbs 
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • cup pecans chopped
  • cups sugar white

Directions

  1. Cream 1 cup butter or margarine.
  2. Add white sugar gradually. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beat after each addition.
  4. Add cracker crumbs and baking powder, alternately with milk. Blend in coconut and nuts.
  5. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven in 3 - 9 inch pans for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. To Make Cream Cheese Glaze: Cream 1/2 cup butter and cream cheese.
  7. Add confectioners' sugar, then pineapple.
  8. Mix well. Fill and frost layers.
