  • 0.7 cup butter-flavored shortening

  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup milk

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups sugar 
  • teaspoons vanilla extract

  • tablespoons vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and next 4 ingredients; mix well.
  2. Combine eggs and remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl.
  3. Add egg mixture to flour mixture; mix well.
  4. Spread in a greased 13"x9" baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before spreading with Chocolate Frosting.
  6. For Chocolate Frosting, mix together all ingredients; blend until smooth.
