  • tablespoons onion red chopped
  • tablespoon optional: dill dried fresh chopped
  • teaspoons juice of lemon fresh
  • lb pd of ground turkey lean
  • oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.3 cup onion red chopped
  • tablespoon optional: dill dried fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  •  hamburger buns whole wheat split
  • medium tomatoes thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of the yogurt and remaining sauce ingredients; refrigerate until serving.
  2. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients and remaining yogurt. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F.
  4. Place burgers on buns; top with tomato slices and sauce.
