Ingredients
- 4 ounces farfalle pasta uncooked (bow tie pasta)
- 0.3 cup curd cottage cheese fat-free
- 1.5 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley fresh chopped
- 0.3 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
- 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons juice of lemon
- 0.8 cup peas frozen thawed
- 3 tablespoons commercial pesto
- 1 cup snow peas trimmed per pod)
- 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour
- 3 tablespoons water hot

Directions
- Place the first 7 ingredients (through pepper) in a food processor; process until smooth.
- Place snow peas in a colander, and set colander in sink. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat (about 12 minutes).
- Drain over snow peas; rinse under cold water, and drain well.
- Combine pasta, snow peas, frozen peas, and pesto mixture in a large bowl, and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
