  • 4.5 oz mushrooms drained sliced canned
  • tablespoon dehydrated onion dried minced
  • 1.5 cups green beans frozen
  • box beef pasta skillet meal 
  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • cup milk 
  • cups water hot

Directions

  1. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
  2. Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper box), onion, frozen green beans and mushrooms.
  3. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat; uncover and let stand 5 minutes (sauce will thicken as it stands). Stir before serving.
