  • cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons tea powder green
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • 0.7 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Coat a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray; line bottom of pan with wax paper. Coat wax paper with cooking spray; set aside.
  3. Place sugar, eggs, and yolks in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until thick and pale (about 6 minutes).
  4. Combine milk and honey in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.
  5. Add milk mixture to egg mixture, stirring well.
  6. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  7. Place flour in a small mixing bowl; add tea, stirring well with a whisk. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture.
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
