  • tablespoons butter divided ()
  • pound corned beef ribs homemade thinly sliced
  • servings dijon mustard 
  • ounces fontina thinly sliced
  • slices cocktail rye bread jewish-style divided
  • 0.5  onion sweet thinly sliced (such as Maui or Vidalia)
