  • cup salad leaves curly endive divided
  • ounces gouda cheese divided thinly sliced
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • large onion thinly sliced
  • ounces ham smoked divided thinly sliced
  • 4.3 inch sourdough bread white
  • servings butter unsalted room temperature
