Ingredients

  • 1.5 teaspoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • ounce ciabatta rolls split toasted
  • large basil fresh
  • ounces mozzarella fresh thinly sliced
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.1 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • teaspoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin divided
  • medium tomatoes thinly sliced
  • medium zucchini trimmed cut lengthwise into 6 slices

Directions

  1. Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Place zucchini in a shallow dish.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons oil and garlic; toss to coat. Arrange zucchini in grill pan; cook 2 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
  4. Cut each zucchini piece in half crosswise. Return zucchini to shallow dish.
  5. Drizzle with vinegar.
