  • cups milk 2% reduced-fat
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1.5 cups peas frozen
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded
  • ounce sandwich bread white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water 6 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain.
  4. Combine pasta, ham, and peas in a large bowl.
  5. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  6. Add onion to pan; cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Add milk; bring to simmer.
