Ingredients

  • large anjou pears cut into bite-size pieces
  • 0.5 cup caramel ice-cream topping fat-free
  • ounce cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried
  • cups cereal low-fat
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • ounce vanilla yogurt

Directions

  1. Place pears and cranberries in a large bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice, and gently toss.
  2. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  3. Add yogurt and cinnamon, beating at low speed until blended. Fold half of cream cheese mixture into pear mixture.
  4. Layer half each of pear mixture and granola in a large serving bowl.
  5. Spread remaining half of cream cheese mixture on top; drizzle with half of caramel. Repeat layers, omitting cream cheese layer.
  6. Serve immediately, or chill 2 hours, if desired.
