  • 0.3 cup catsup 
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef lean
  • cup milk 1% low-fat ()
  • tablespoons mustard prepared
  •  onion chopped
  • cup bread crumbs whole wheat

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  3. Place beef mixture in loaf pan.
