Ingredients

  •  egg whites fat-free
  • 0.8 cup flour all-purpose gold medal®
  • cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • teaspoons vanilla 
  • oz vanilla yogurt fat free french 99% yoplait®
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8- or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, mix granulated sugar, yogurt, oil, vanilla and egg whites. Stir in all remaining ingredients except powdered sugar.
  3. Spread in pan.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  5. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
