  • tablespoons feta sauce 
  • tablespoons penzey's southwest seasoning italian
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.7 cup panko bread crumbs whole wheat (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 24 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Combine panko and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; dredge in panko mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until browned. Turn chicken over; reduce heat to medium, and cook 5 minutes or until done.
  5. Place 1 chicken breast half on each of 4 plates, and spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons Feta Sauce over each serving.
