Ingredients

  • 10 ounces beef consomme undiluted canned
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 cup honey 
  • 0.5 cup catsup 
  • pounds pork ribs bone-in country-style cut into serving-size pieces
  • 0.5 cup soya sauce

Directions

  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour half into a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container; add ribs. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning once. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
  3. Remove ribs to a greased roasting pan; discard marinade. Cover and bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°. Cover and bake 30 minutes longer; drain.
  4. Pour reserved marinade over ribs.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 50-70 minutes or until meat is tender, basting frequently.
