If you're looking to elevate your sandwich game, the Hot Brown Panini is a perfect choice that combines rich flavors with a satisfyingly crispy texture. Originating from the classic Hot Brown open-faced sandwich, this panini version transforms the traditional dish into a handheld meal perfect for lunch or dinner. With layers of tender cooked chicken or turkey, smoky crumbled bacon, fresh plum tomatoes, and gooey melted Swiss cheese, all nestled between slices of thick Italian bread, this sandwich is a symphony of savory and comforting tastes.

What makes this recipe truly special is the use of a warm white cheese sauce that not only adds a luscious creaminess but also ties all the ingredients together with a velvety finish. Brushed with melted butter and grilled to golden perfection in a panini press, the bread gains a delightful crunch that contrasts beautifully with the tender fillings inside. It's a hearty meal that packs 632 calories per serving, perfect for fueling busy days or sharing with family and friends.
