  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise 
  • 0.5 jar roasted peppers red drained chopped (12-oz size)
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped (4 medium)
  •  jalapeno seeded finely chopped
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded extra-sharp
  • oz pepper jack cheese shredded
  • serving cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • slices bread french

Directions
