  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 0.3 cup baking mix bisquick heart smart®
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup skim milk fat-free (skim)
  • 0.3 cup eggs fat-free

Directions
