Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb sausage meat 
  • cup roasted chicken cooked chopped
  • oz spinach frozen thawed chopped
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup baking mix bisquick heart smart®
  • cup milk 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground sage 
  •  eggs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain.
  2. Sprinkle sausage, chicken, spinach, onions and 1/2 cup of the cheese in pie plate.
  3. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended.
  4. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  7. Bake about 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
