Ingredients

  • teaspoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 18 inch flatbread rounds (such as Toufayan)
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove halved
  • 3.5 ounce goat cheese with garlic and herbs
  •  plum tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 10 ounce pkt spinach fresh

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Place spinach in a microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until wilted; drain well.
  3. Combine spinach and vinegar; toss well.
  4. Place flatbread rounds on an ungreased baking sheet. Rub cut sides of garlic over top of each flatbread round.
  5. Spread goat cheese evenly over rounds. Top with spinach and tomato.
  6. Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes or until pizza is lightly browned and thoroughly heated.
  8. Cut into quarters, and serve immediately.
