  • loaf ciabatta bread 
  • teaspoon cumin seeds 
  • teaspoon rosemary fresh chopped
  • teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
  • teaspoon chile flakes red

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and put in bread to warm.
  2. Cut cheese in half horizontally. Put in a gratin dish cut sides up.
  3. Mix cumin, chile flakes, rosemary, and pepper in a bowl and sprinkle over cheese.
  4. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes, and serve with pieces of warm bread.
