  • 0.8 cup firmly brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1.5 cups regular oats uncooked
  • 3.5 cups rhubarb fresh sliced
