Ingredients

  • cups biscuit and baking mix divided reduced-fat (such as Bisquick)
  • tablespoon dressing fat-free italian
  • 1.5 teaspoons penzey's southwest seasoning dried italian
  • 0.8 cup skim milk

Directions

  1. Combine 2 cups baking mix and Italian seasoning, stirring well.
  2. Add milk; stir with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons baking mix evenly over work surface. Turn dough out onto floured surface. Divide dough into 12 equal portions. (Dough will be very soft.)
  4. Roll each portion of dough into an 8-inch rope; tie each rope into a loose knot.
  5. Place knots on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush Italian dressing evenly over biscuits.
  7. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
