  • slice bacon thick cut crisp cooked
  • tablespoons flour 
  • pint cup heavy whipping cream 
  • servings pepper black freshly ground
  • Dash paprika 
  • tablespoon parsley minced
  • ounces pecorino cheese grated
  • slices buttered toast hearty
  • slices tomatoes ripe (optional, if in season)
  • ounces deli- turkey sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler or toaster oven to high. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
