  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • ounces lasagne pasta sheets (9 to 10 noodles)
  • teaspoon nutmeg freshly grated
  • ounces cream sour room temperature
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted cooled divided melted
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  •  eggs whole room temperature

Directions

  1. Spray an 8 by 8-inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Cook the noodles to al dente according to the package directions and drain.
