  •  flour ( 8 inches in diameter)
  • ounces basil pesto refrigerated
  • ounces genoa salami hard sliced
  •  romaine leaves 
  •  plum tomatoes sliced (Roma)
  • ounces turkey smoked thinly sliced
  • ounces provolone cheese sliced

Directions

  1. Cut focaccia horizontally in half.
  2. Spread pesto on both cut sides of focaccia.
  3. Layer salami, lettuce, tomatoes, turkey and cheese on bottom of focaccia; add top of focaccia. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
  4. Cut into 6 wedges.
