Ingredients

  • 2.3 cups flour all-purpose
  •  lemon zest grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon loose chamomile tea 
  • cup butter unsalted (2 sticks)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 F.
