  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs ( 24 squares)
  • 0.5 cup juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • 14 ounces condensed milk sweetened canned

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, pecans and sugar.
  2. Add butter; mix well. Set aside 1/2 cup. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
  3. Bake at 325° for 8 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the milk, eggs and lemon juice; beat until smooth. Spoon over crust.
  6. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator.
