  • 225 mascarpone cheese 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 2.5 teaspoons lemon zest 
  • 0.5 teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.1 teaspoon baking soda 
  • pinch salt 
  • 128 flour all-purpose
