  • large eggs 
  • 0.8 cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon butter unsalted melted
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • 0.8 cup milk whole

Directions

  2. Whisk together milk, water, eggs, and zest in a bowl, then whisk in butter.
