  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.5 cup butter cold
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon zest grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • 10 servings sugar

Directions
