  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour low-fat
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat finely

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni in a Dutch oven according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Add broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking time; drain well.
  3. Add Cheddar cheese and remaining 6 ingredients to Dutch oven; stir in macaroni mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 6 minutes or until bubbly.
