  • teaspoons butter melted
  • tablespoons butter 
  • teaspoons cornstarch 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar 
  • tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoons macadamia nuts chopped
  • pounds mangos ripe peeled chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Combine 1/4 cup granulated sugar and cornstarch, stirring well with a whisk.
  3. Add mango, juice, and 2 teaspoons melted butter, and toss gently to combine.
  4. Place mango mixture in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  5. To prepare topping, lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
