  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 4.5 teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 
  • large eggs room temperature
  • 2.3 cups milk 2%
  • 0.3 cup canola oil 
  • tablespoons maple syrup 
  • serving maple syrup fresh
