  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoons maple syrup 
  • teaspoons pecans toasted chopped
  • cups vanilla greek yogurt fat-free frozen
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Brush both sides of tortillas with butter.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; sprinkle evenly on both sides of tortillas.
  4. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
  5. Place tortilla wedges on a large baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes or until crisp.
  7. Combine yogurt and syrup in a bowl. Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt mixture into each of 4 bowls; top each with 2 teaspoons pecans.
  8. Serve each with 4 crisps.
  9. Garnish with mint, if desired.
