  •  wholewheat pita breads (6 inch)
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • cup water 
  • small zucchini sliced cut in half lengthwise, crosswise into half-moons
  •  roasted peppers red chopped
  • 7.5 oz marinated artichoke chopped
  • 0.7 cup pimientos sliced
  • oz feta cheese crumbled

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place flat breads on ungreased cookie sheet.
