Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing kraft
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • tsp thyme leaves fresh chopped
  • clove garlic minced
  •  apples i use 2 granny smith apples thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup panko bread crumbs 
  • 0.5 cup pomegranate seeds 
  • cups torn salad greens loosely packed

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese cubes in small batches; toss to evenly coat with crumb mixture.
  3. Heat large heavy nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
  4. Add cheese cubes, a few at a time; cook 3 min. or until evenly browned, turning frequently. Repeat with remaining cheese cubes.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl; top with cheese.
