  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.3 cup blackstrap molasses 
  • cups yogurt plain
  • cup cooking oats quick
  • cup raisins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup wheat germ 
  • 1.5 cups flour whole wheat

Directions
