Ingredients

  • cup baking mix bisquick heart smart®
  • 0.3 cup skim milk fat-free (skim)
  •  egg whites 
  • oz swiss cheese thinly sliced reduced-fat
  • oz ham fat-free lean deli-style very thinly sliced
  • oz turkey fat-free lean deli-style very thinly sliced
  • tablespoons strawberry jam 
  • serving powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir Bisquick® mix, milk and egg white until blended.
  2. Spread half of the dough in bottom of pan. Top with half each of the cheese, ham and turkey.
  3. Spread fruit spread over turkey to within 1/2 inch of sides of pan. Top with remaining ham, turkey and cheese.
  4. Spread remaining dough over cheese to sides of pan.
  5. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
  8. Serve warm.
