  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 14 oz canned tomatoes diced canned
  • tablespoon rosemary leaves fresh chopped
  • large garlic clove minced
  • teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 16 oz mushrooms sliced
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • small onion chopped
  • tablespoon oregano leaves fresh chopped
  • servings parmesan cheese shaved
  • 12 ounces pasta like spaghetti 
  • tablespoons tomato paste

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and spoon into a serving bowl.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until starting to brown, about 10 minutes.
