  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoons parsley fresh finely chopped
  • tablespoon garlic finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 0.8 lb mushrooms white
  • slices sandwich bread white firm cut into 1/4-inch cubes (1 1/4 cups)

Directions
