Ingredients

  •  long ciabatta 
  • 200 marinated grilled and peppers in olive oil red yellow
  • tbsp pesto 
  • 85 watercress 
  • 100 goat's cheese soft
  • handful olives black

    Directions

    1. Slice bread in half so you have two round or long bases.
    2. Drain the peppers, reserving the oil.
    3. Spread 1 tbsp of the pesto over the cut side of each base.
    4. Scatter over the peppers and watercress and crumble over the goats cheese.
    5. Mix the remaining tablespoon of pesto with a tablespoon of oil from the peppers and drizzle it over the pizzas. Scatter the olives over.
    6. Cut each pizza into wedges or slices and serve.
