Ingredients

  • cups extra wide egg noodles cooked uncooked fine ()
  • large egg whites 
  • large eggs 
  • 0.3 cup milk fat-free
  •  garlic cloves crushed
  • teaspoon butter 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 10 ounce pkt spinach frozen dry thawed drained chopped
  • ounce swiss cheese shredded

  • broiler

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well with a whisk. Stir in noodles and spinach.
  2. Melt margarine in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic; saut 1 minute.
  4. Spread egg mixture in skillet. Cover; reduce heat to low. Cook 6 minutes or until top is almost set. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Preheat broiler. Broil 5 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
