  • cup butter softened
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar 
  •  eggs 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 2.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.5 teaspoon cream of tartar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

Directions
