Ingredients

  • oz chiles green drained chopped canned
  • cup milk cheddar cheese shredded 2% kraft
  • 6-inch flour tortillas ()
  • 0.5 cup planters roasted peanuts unsalted dry chopped

Directions

  1. Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese, 2 Tbsp. peanuts and 1/4 of the chilies; fold in half.
  2. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet on medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add 1 quesadilla; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bottom is golden brown. Turn over; cook an additional 3 minutes or until second side is golden brown.
  4. Remove from skillet. Keep warm. Repeat with remaining quesadillas, spraying pan with additional cooking spray as needed.
  5. Cut each quesadilla into quarters.
  6. Serve with TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa.
