Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • ounce mushrooms drained sliced canned
  • ounce carton cream sour
  • ounces extra wide egg noodles uncooked
  •  eggs lightly beaten
  • 10 ounce pkt spinach frozen thawed drained chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.5 cup half-and-half 
  • 0.3 teaspoon hungarian paprika sweet
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup walnuts toasted chopped

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Saute onion in hot olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until tender.

  5. Combine cheese and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
