Craving a cookie that's both comforting and bursting with sunshine? Look no further than these Oatmeal Cookies with Orange-Soaked Cranberries! This recipe takes the classic oatmeal cookie to a whole new level by infusing it with the bright, zesty flavor of orange. Imagine biting into a chewy, oat-filled cookie studded with plump, juicy cranberries, each one soaked in a delicate orange liqueur that adds a touch of sophistication.

What sets these cookies apart is the clever little secret of steeping the cranberries in orange liqueur. This simple step transforms ordinary dried cranberries into flavor bombs, delivering a burst of citrusy goodness with every bite. And let's not forget the flecks of orange zest adding a vibrant aroma and tangy touch. The warmth of vanilla perfectly complements the citrus notes, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on your tongue.

These cookies are perfect for a cozy afternoon treat, a festive holiday gathering, or simply a way to brighten up your day. While the recipe makes a large batch (perfect for sharing!), feel free to halve it if you're baking for a smaller crowd. Get ready to fill your kitchen with the irresistible aroma of warm spices, citrus, and sweet oats as you bake a batch of these unforgettable cookies!

And although they take over 24 hours to prepare, it is simply because it needs overnight preparation. Be sure to review prep-time before starting.
