  • cup brown sugar packed
  • cup canola oil 
  •  eggs 
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • cup raisins 
  • cups rolled oats 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
